Who we are

Meeker Youth Football Association is a community-based youth sports organization serving families throughout Meeker and the surrounding areas. We provide structured football and cheer programs for youth athletes in 2nd through 6th grade.

Our mission is simple:
to create a safe, organized, and competitive environment where young athletes develop discipline, teamwork, confidence, and character—on and off the field.

We are proud to be 100% volunteer-run.

  • Fundraising and community events

  • Equipment, safety compliance, and league coordination

    Leonard Buoy

    BOARD PRESIDENT

Leonard has been involved with Meeker Little League for over 12 years. His focus has always been simple—showing up for the kids and helping build a stronger program for them. He is committed to improving the organization in every way possible and ensuring that this season is one of the best yet. As this will be his final year serving, Leonard is determined to leave the program stronger than he found it.

    Veronica Tessier

    BOARD SECRETARY

A resident of Meeker since 2022, Veronica has been involved in Meeker youth sports for the past two and a half years through her child’s participation in the program. As a parent, she has experienced firsthand the impact that organized youth athletics can have on children and families in the community.

In her role as Board Secretary, Veronica focuses on supporting the organization behind the scenes through clear communication and steady structure. She values building a program that not only develops athletes on the field, but also strengthens families and community connections off the field.

    TREASURER

Meet Lacee Mille; heris centered around family, community, and a passion for youth sports. As a proud mother of three, she has dedicated much of her time to supporting her children in everything they do—especially their involvement in football.

“Watching my son and daughter grow through the game has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.”

Being involved in youth football goes beyond just cheering from the sidelines. Lacee serves as a board member where she helps create opportunities for kids to learn teamwork, discipline, and confidence.

“It’s important to me to be part of something that brings families together and gives young athletes a positive environment to grow in.”

Balancing motherhood, leadership, and everyday life has shaped her into someone who clearly values hard work, commitment, and community. Whether she is organizing events, supporting her kids, or contributing to the success of our football program, she takes pride in making a difference.

At the heart of everything Lacee does is a simple goal: to build a strong foundation for her children and help create lasting memories—not just for her family, but for others in our community as well.
